accessories for fall

hey. weather here is really getting on my nerves and sanity. it's so humid and the rain seems to go through every piece of clothing you have on. don't like it. for your information, i've started taking vitamins. let's hope it'll make me a bit more positive.. there's still something like 5 months of weather getting worse you know. this is what got me inspired yesterday when window shopping (well i did buy a winter coat, pic will follow later on). if you have any ideas for how to fight the winter blues, LET ME KNOW!

new shoes & cool gebards

i bought these shoes yesterday. perfect for the next 7months in finland.. they have this rubbery coating on them which also gives the shine effect. there's something too cool about them to be left in store. besides they were a bargain.
porcelain gebards i found from imilk.blogg.se. she's great and the gebards are over the top great.

some shopping and more

hey! so here's some stuff i bought on my trip to london. the trousers i LOVE!! i bought them from topshop while shopping all day with my friend maryam mainly on oxford circus (how tourist is that). the clutch i got from selfridges, it's leather and perfect for a night out. i was trying to find new shoes from london but didn't. these ones are from asos.com, they're cool. with the high waist trousers cut t-shirts like this one do the trick. ciao!

back to helsinki

whew, what a trip. it was so great to go back after 5 years (lived in london for a year) and fall in love with the place again. it felt like inhaling constant inspiration.
le book was quite an experience being the tradefair ever for both me and our agency. met lots of right people business-wise.

i saw hot chip gig (probably one of the best gigs ever..the guys were prodigal) and witnessed a tap dancer as an instrument live on stage (?!? i now)

did some shopping and here's a bad picture of my new top and cardigan. you can't really see anything else but the top.. i'm working on with the camera dilemma. anyhow i'm off to bed now.

off to london tomorrow

so there won't many posts if any. if anyone's going to le book tradefair come say hi at agent pekka's booth, i'll be there all thu&fri. i'll try to take loads of pictures and shop a lot so i'll have loads to share with you. have a good week!!

tuesday rush / a book about helsinki

i've been busy. working and having a new project going on. i started doing marketing for bulgaria design and their re-edition of "Bulgaria: A Book About Helsinki". it's a great project and since what they do is pure awesomeness i didn't see any reason not to. Although taking a part-time job in addition to a full-time job is a bit...well you got the idea. The book is going to be out in early december.

the thing i most love about sonia rykiel shows is how she's constantly able to convey the viewer bit of her personality. that's why i see the lady as fun and with never-ending imagination. and of course sense of style.
