i just did a weekend visit to paris...whew. i was helping minni f. ronya, a women's ready-to-wear brand presenting their first collection at rendez-vous / atelier richelieu (a beautiful space!). one of my favorites from the collection is the gloria blazer pictured here but there are so many great essentials in the collection spiced up with prints (print is hand drawn by minni havas, also one of the two designers behind the brand) that i'll be posting some more pictures soon.

a couple pictures from wunderkind show. the wonderful thing about any fashion show is being able to see the collection as close as possible to the way the designer planned it. the venue, the lights, the music, the models, the tact of walk, the make up, the hair.

i was shooting outside haider ackermann show on saturday morning. when the show ended you could hear people whistling, shouting, yelling, woo-ing and CRAZY applauses. i couldn't wait to see the collection in full, i knew it was something special! and yes, i would've been shouting and screaming of appreciation and awe if i would've seen the show. here's model bonnie chen leaving the venue.

i dropped by capsule trade fair on paris this weekend and met timo weiland. here's a couple shots of his spring summer collection. the floral navy/white fabric reminds me of an anne törnroos jacket in her helene collection.
