i found this picture of the most amazing piece of fashion i've seen for some time. you know that something screaming at you when at the same time your brain starts singing hallelujah - to me it was this dress(?). and it's been a while after my last love affair. this is what fashion is at it's best. for others it's seeing modern art, or a new model of audi (i guess there's that kind of people too, only guessing here) or a new song. for me it's only fashion.

this is what i love about paris. and yes, fashion week may have had it's influence on this gentlemans choice of shoes but whatever the reason this is what i'd love to see everyday.

loved the show this morning. amateur enough my battery died halfway the show, but here's little something. loved the tones on delicate materials plus the master cuts. plus when you check the whole collection, notice the similarity to gareth pugh? the train-like skirts.

i'm just going nuts!! i took the wrong battery recharger for my camera with me. there were two options, the old and the new one - checked it home - and it still turns ouut to be the wrong one. goddammit! well i will have pictures from the first day but there's SO much to photograph that i might end up buying a disposable camera. anyhow i'm LOVING paris - i'll have to get rich and buy an apartment here to spend half a year here.

i'm flying to paris today BUT this time i've organized things so that you'll have things to check during the time i'll be busy marketing at le book trade fair! i'll be all about work wed to friday but then on weekend i'll have some time for wandering around looking at gorgeous looking men and women and shopping. a bientôt!

i've never been to paris and i've always been in love with things i know about the city of lights. it's the architecture, the narrow alleys, the cafes and mostly the atmosphere it brings to every editorial, movie, song and book that it's part of. and then there's the style. look at her for example - for me paris is written all over her face! and i love it (and her). it could be that i finally get to experience paris myself the beginning of next month but we'll see..
